Most people know what keeps them healthy. Few manage to follow through. That's the gap I'm working on.

As Co-Founder of a stealth startup in AI-native preventive health, I'm helping build a system that turns health insights into action – and action into measurable progress. People. Protocols. Progress.

Background: Co-Founder & Managing Director of flayr.com, Managing Director & Partner in the Reply Group (Triplesense Reply, Reply AI Studios), digital transformation and marketing at KfW, PAYBACK (American Express) and Accenture.

I speak and teach on AI, digital business and marketing – as a keynote speaker and as a lecturer at FH Kufstein and Wilhelm Büchner University.
